1. Viscosity controller with automatic ink refiling function
for LC (Lever control) liquid management
Viscosity controller with automatic ink refilling function!
For operators doing gravure printing and dry lamination.
The operator’s work of refilling the ink and adhesive tanks
is eliminated.
Labour-saving, manpower-saving and productivity improvement.
2. Centralized control viscosity controller iCom Ready Package
Viscon Japan, the industry leader in DX, Centralized Control and
Centralized Control of viscosity controllers, offers DX introduction
method.
One of the five methods of DX implementation offered by Viscon Japan,
the industry leader in DX, centralised control and centralised control.
Viscon iCom Ready Package is a retrofit set for gravure printing presses
currently being used by customers.
Viscon iCom viscosity controller + pre-programmed touch panel +
necessary connection cables
The above are supplied to the customer.
DX is installed in the vicinity of the current printing machine for
immediate DX implementation.
3. DAC Collaboration
Collaboration between DAC Engineering Co.Ltd. and Viscon (Japan)
Corporation for inspection system and viscosity controller.
The colour density data from the inspection system sends out colour
adjustment signals to the viscosity controller, enabling colour adjustment
of printed materials !
Colour adjustment of printed material is now possible !
Enables online plate check and colour matching at the time of print run !
Previously, plate check was,
Cutting printed film by manual → Offline plate check by cut film
From now on, plate check is,
No need to cut printed film !
Online Plate check is possible !
First in the world in gravure printing !
Note:
Products No.3 DAC collaboration in will be launched in the Japanese market
for the time being. It will be launched after preparations for distribution,
after-sales service, etc. have been completed.
Products 1 and 2 will be launched in Japan, China and overseas markets.
