Integrated and installed by gravure printing machine manufacturers

Proven track record with users in Japan.
Viscon Japan supplies the iCom viscosity controller,
and users independently construct touch panels, computers,

3.  Collaboration with Color Controller
(Collaboration with Taiyo Electric Industry’s  Color Controller)
Collaboration with Taiyo Electric Industry’s Colorcon  involves
programming to enable the display of viscosity information
from Viscon Japan’s iCom viscosity controller on three models
of Taiyo Electric Industry’s Colorcon.
This collaboration allows users to easily achieve centralized control
and digitization, contributing to enhanced convenience.
This collaboration can be implemented during the new introduction
or update of Color Controllers.

4.  Retrofit for centralized control and digitization.
Retrofit sets for centralized control and DX conversion that
can be retrofitted to existing gravure printing machines
– Ready-made sets include iCom viscosity controllers,
touch panels (with Japanese, English, and Chinese displays),
communication cables, etc.
These retrofit sets, which have already been introduced and
adopted by customers in Asia and China, are now being introduced
in Japan starting from this exhibition, Convertech Japan 2024.
